I’m a Korean/Hong Konger Writer-Director based in Tokyo, Japan. Being able to speak five languages and having lived in different places help me understand more about different cultures, and broaden my views as I approach different subjects.
Whenever I direct or write, I always look for the emotions of the story, of the people. Because I believe emotion tells the most of the story.

香港生まれ、香港・韓国ハーフ、東京在住。複数の言語を使い、複数の国・地域で暮らしてきたことが、自然と物事へのアプローチを多角的にさせている。
監督、脚本、何をするときでも、ストーリーや人の中にある「感情」を捉えたい。最も多くを物語ることができるのは、感情だと信じているからだ。
